Wiki source for Hotwords
======Hotwords======
In this module you can manage hotwords in your project. Hotwords are clickable links to other pages in the same or other modules. The software can generate hotwords by searching the texts for page titles and names. These hotwords are automatically linked to a corresponding module and topic or entry. Update hotwords generates a new list of hotwords, the result can be edited in Browse hotwords.
====Update hotwords====
With Update hotwords you can generate or update hotwords by searching the texts for page titles and names. The hotwords are automatically linked to a corresponding module and topic or entry. The application will collect the following hotwords:
Introduction: topics
Glossary: words and synonyms
Literature: complete references, in two formats: "Henk & Henk, 2005" and "Henk & Henk (2005)"
Species & Higher Taxa: accepted names & common names
Single-acces Key: step titles
Custom modules: topics
Where relevant, language is taken into account. As there can be only one instance of a hotword per language, possible doubles will be ignored. The application processes hotwords in the order as listed above. For instance, should a step exist in the key with a title identical to that of a topic in the introduction, occurrences of the title in texts will be linked to the introduction topic, not to the key. You can suppress the automatic linking through hotwords by placing text between [no][/no] tags.
Click "Update hotwords table" to update the hotwords table.
====Browse hotwords====
On this page you can go through all hotwords for the complete project or per module (Glossary, Introduction, Single-access Key, Literature, Custom module or Species).
Click on "x" behind the words you do not want to be included in the hotword table.
